We had a large, multi-family (10 people) breakfast there a week ago. The resaurant is located at the Independence, Missouri schools headquarters, and the The Ennovation Center, a business development incubator housing companies who utilize two distinct start-up specialties: a commercial kitchen co-working space and a business technologies area with office and lab space. We all had a lot of great meals, the egg bowls were wonderful, the chocolate chip pancakes were to die for, and all the meals were prepared quickly. The prices were moderate to low for the amount of food you get there. The restaurant serves school employees and walk-ins. They also serve lunch to school district employees, and do catering. Serving breakfast and lunch from 7:30 - 2:30 Monday through Friday.
